Privacy Policy

This policy describes what this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It reflects how the site actually works today.

What this website collects

The only information this website collects from you is what you type into the consultation request form and choose to send.

That form asks for your name, email address, and area of interest. It also offers optional fields for practice name, specialty, state, phone number, and a short message.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not include patient information, medical records, or any other confidential clinical detail in the message field. This website is not a secure channel for that information, and it does not accept file uploads.

If you send information of that kind, we will not use it and will delete it.

How the information is used

We use your submission to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about a possible consultation. That is its only purpose.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list on the basis of a consultation request, and there is no newsletter consent bundled into this form.

How the information is handled technically

Your submission is validated on our server and delivered to our inbox by a transactional email provider. It is not written to a database by this website.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosting platforms, Vercel processes standard request information such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers.

If website analytics are enabled in future, they will be limited to aggregate usage measurement, and the contents of form fields will never be sent to an analytics service.

Retention and your choices

We keep consultation inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation, and then delete them.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time by replying to our correspondence.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles information changes, this page will be updated to match. The version you are reading describes current behaviour.

Draft for review. The legal entity name, registered address, data controller contact, retention period, and the confirmed list of service providers must be completed by the business and reviewed by counsel before production launch. See CONTENT_APPROVAL.md.
